On Saturday 30th May we cycled to Holyhead to complete the Welsh National Cycle route, arriving at the station just in time to see 37 191 arriving with the incoming service which would form our train back to Bangor.
After unloading my bike I shot over to platform 2 for a quick photograph before
it headed east.
Another rare visitor was 37 509, on 17th June
37 426 is no stranger to this line but looks very strange at the head of a
Virgin rake!
